We offer specialty classes such as CTP. CTP is a simplified version of functional fitness. It was essentially created so that anyone can join a class without having any prior fitness experience. These classes focus on mobility, functional movements and some strength and conditioning without the complex movements (e.g. snatch, cleans, handstand push-ups etc.) that CrossFit offers. These classes are interactive and simple to follow and can benefit anyone at any fitness level. Each person is instructed by the Coach and encouraged to go at their own speed and capacity.
In the CTP class we focus more on functional and simplified workouts. The workouts are designed in a way to allow anyone to join a class no matter what their fitness level is. CTP is more simplified and doesn’t have any of the technical and complex movements like Handstand push ups, muscle ups, snatches ect.
