Samantha grew up playing a variety of sports including soccer, softball, and tennis, and played rugby in college. After graduating, she kept active running and lifting weights until she found Crossfit in 2013 and never looked back. She began coaching in 2016 and obtained her Crossfit Level 1 Certification in 2018.
Samantha believes everyone has an athlete in them that just needs to be unleashed. Adding movement and strength in you daily life, will not only get you in shape, but it will also change every aspect of your life!
Samantha’s goal is to get everyone moving and feeling good about themselves.
